WHY PROBLEMS COME

July 17, 2025

Welcome to Episode One Hundred and Ninety-Five.

We bring you everyday wisdom to help improve your life in many ways.

This discussion is focused on ways to seek solutions in the midst of problems. The title is, WHY PROBLEMS COME.

Not everyone reacts very well to uninvited guests. Problems. Setbacks. Obstacles. We often greet them like unwelcome guests that crash our carefully planned party. Accompanied by frustration and despair, problems burst our bubble, mar our plans and hinder our progress. But what if we chose to shift our perspective and see it differently? What if understanding why problems come is the first step to unlocking powerful solutions right in the heart of the challenges.

Problems are not merely punishments or disruptions. They can serve as purposeful signals on our journey and become profound teachers and catalysts for growth. They come for specific reasons.

Before we continue, please press the like and follow buttons and share this with your friends. We will be very grateful. Let’s continue with our discourse.

Everyone has potential in abundance and problems come to help build it up. The demands of problems stretch our muscles mentally, emotionally and creatively, pushing us to reveal our hidden reserves of strength and ingenuity.

The worst way to encounter regret is to be unprepared when an opportunity comes. Problems can come to bake us ready for future opportunities. Problems can act like bright spotlights, illuminating the flaws in our plans, systems, or perspectives that we might have ignored. This can show us where we need reinforcement.

Similarly, problems can come to bring about a boom for you. Issues can arise that hinder you, and this triggers innovative practices that lead you to search for alternative solutions and approaches which bring about greater and better results.

Most people wait till they are down before they re-evaluate. Certain problems come to beat you down because when everything is sailing smoothly, it is easy to drift. A significant problem acts like a fierce wind, stripping away the non-essential. It forces you to re-evaluate your priorities, values, and goals with stark clarity. In this state, you find out where you are truly headed, what you are really fighting for and how you have fared thus far.

Necessity is the mother of invention. You can encounter problems that causes you to seek better knowledge and wisdom. Imagine facing constraints and roadblocks that force you to think differently, explore and discover solutions you would never have conceived in a state of ease. Problems can help you break old patterns to make way for the new.

Problems are not the end of your story; they can serve as pivotal plot twists. They come not to break you, but to remake you – stronger, wiser, more resilient, and more innovative. They come to clear away what isn’t working and force you onto paths of greater potential.

The next time a problem lands heavily on your shoulders, take a deep breath. First think about why it might be here. You may just be able to find the reason and use it to your advantage.
