Channel the deep understanding you got from your experience into your work, your relationships, your art, your service. How can your unique perspective, born of pain, help others? This is what transforms the scar from a burden into a tool for impact. This is what makes a victim become a valedictorian.
Understand that success doesn’t necessarily need a mended heart. An unmended heart attains it as well. It’s not about the absence of pain, but about the profound presence of meaning.
