Self-expression is a fundamental human need, closely tied to your identity, the power you have to act independently and your emotional well-being. Expressing ourselves helps create connections and bonds through an impact of our expression on others, and this leads to admiration, and perhaps it can grow on further to friendship.
Self-expression is not limited to speaking out with words alone. It cuts across all fields and way of life. Simply put, self-expression is every individual’s way to meet societal needs through his potential. The writer pens down words, the artists uses paintings and drawings, the computer scientists uses codes and hardware, the doctor treats and the plumber fixes household problems. These are all expressions.
