Many top artistes will tell you they were able to discover their unique voice and perhaps genre after the struggle of rejection and toils. Potential business leaders find their authentic power after navigating failure and difficult decisions. The potential of Nelson Mandela as a changemaker became an unstoppable drive after he witnessed injustice or enduring hardship before and during his incarceration.

Purpose is like diamond. It is forged in the depths of pressure. Purpose is like the clear photograph that emerges because of the darkness it endured. Your purpose is not a destination, but a path discovered by the illumination of the pressures you wade through. This is what makes every pressure result-oriented.
Pressure doesn’t disqualify potential. It comes to test, refine, and make potential infinitely more valuable. Even when the potential doesn’t show forth during the period of pressure, the seed is still there, waiting for the storm to pass, so it can break ground and shoot up its stock.
There is no pointless pressure. It is the necessary force for sculpting you into the person capable of fulfilling your highest calling. Trust the process, even when you can’t see the design yet. Look for the lessons in the struggle. Ask the right questions. “What is this teaching you about yourself, about others, about what truly matters? How can the strength you’re building now be used for something greater?” Clarity is vital and it is gotten when the right answers meet probing questions.
Don’t resent the pressure that struggle brings; respect its transformative power. Lean into the discomfort. Learn its lessons. Allow it to strip away the unnecessary and reveal the indestructible core of who you are meant to be.
Always remember that your dream of royal dominion like Joseph and visions of outstanding territorial success like Father Abraham are just seeds of promise that God deposited in you. Your potential is the promise. Like Abraham and Joseph, the struggle that pressure brings is the proving ground. Your purpose, radiant, resilient, and unique – is the prize waiting for you to discover. Keep forging your purpose.
